Have you neglected these 2 success traits
Have you dismissed these 2 achievement characteristics Have you dismissed these 2 achievement characteristics At the point when I was a young man, I returned home from school one day to find an infant fabulous piano sitting in our front room. My folks concluded it would add to the stylistic layout. Additionally, my mom was keen on figuring out how to play. There was an old Latvian lady named Irma Hincenbergs who lived in our old neighborhood. She showed traditional piano. I don't have a clue how my mom discovered her in those days since this was before the Internet. Possibly a notice in the paper or the Yellow Pages?Mom started piano exercises with Mrs. Hincenbergs. I tuned in bed around evening time, as Mom delicately rehearsed her scales and basic, learner exercises. Before long, I built up an enthusiasm for the piano. I began stimulating the ivories and designed my very own portion tunes. My folks saw this conduct and marked me up for exercises with Mrs. Hincenbergs.Every Friday, Mom drove me downtown to Mrs. Hincenbergs' old, experts home, where I'd spend the following hour working over Be ethoven's Hide Elise and Claude Debussy's Clair de lune.Weekdays after school, I was relied upon to rehearse my scales and different plans appointed by Mrs. Hincenbergs. Frequently, I disliked these training meetings, as they got me far from significant stuff like the most recent Star Trek scene or Daredevil comic book. However, I persevered. With puberty, I found the charms of exciting music and started playing the melodies of Styx, Journey, and different groups. A lot to my parent's shame, little Johnny figured out how to sing and was before long beating the console and wailing to his preferred stone hits. At times my helpless dad would withdraw to the upstairs bedroom.Illustrations by John Weiss.By secondary school, I was in a musical gang singing and playing consoles. In school, I joined another musical gang and delighted in playing neighborhood gigs. When I initially started, I didn't play the piano well overall. At times it was baffling figuring out how to play an ever increasin g number of complex tunes. Be that as it may, I was understanding and continued rehearsing. Over the long run, I improved. Those long periods of training and yielded Friday evenings paid off. I acquired my parent's child excellent and regularly played and sang at local gatherings. Right up 'til today, I appreciate singing and playing the piano. You no longer need to stand by very much.Things have changed a lot from the pre-web age that I experienced childhood in. Holding up was an a lot greater piece of life in those days. There was no Uber. You held up at the bus station. Here and there for a long time.Food conveyance was genera lly consigned to pizza, in contrast to the present GrubHub and related administrations. New dress and family unit things required a shopping center or store trip, as there was no Amazon.com.College research implied setting off to the grounds library to look into periodicals and diaries, which we at that point copied. In some cases the diaries were looked at by different understudies, and you needed to hold up a few days or even seven days until you could see it.There's no doubt that I grasp the present current accommodations, however the drawback to moment satisfaction is that we are less educated in the craft of tolerance. Best Places to be a Real Estate Agent
Best Places to be a Real Estate Agent Best Places to be a Real Estate Agent Real estate agents are only as successful as their market is busy. So if youâre considering becoming a real estate agent, or youâre looking to relocate to improve your real estate business, you need to work in the hottest real estate housing markets available. While some popular real estate markets stay constant, there are always cities jumping around the list of the best places to purchase real estate. Before we dive into our list of the most popular housing real estate markets (and therefore the best places to be a real estate agent), letâs take a look at some of the real estate trends weâve seen pop up in the past couple of years. Real Estate Trends The Great Recession The Great Recession between the years of 2007 and 2009 has had lasting effects on todayâs real estate market. As with any point in the economic cycle, most jobs and the largest job markets are almost always going to be found in the largest cities nationwide. When the Great Recession hit the United States, many people migrated to the largest cities in America with the intent of finding jobs. While not everyone purchased real estate when they moved (it was a recession after all), the economy has since recovered, and many of those people stayed in those larger cities and purchased homes, making those real estate markets sparse and expensive. Secondary Markets As we mentioned above, the end of the Great Recession made it more difficult than ever to purchase real estate in large cities, causing people to turn to secondary real estate markets. The secondary real estate market consists of smaller cities that either stand by themselves, or are adjacent to those hot primary markets. Many residents of primary markets are looking to make the move to secondary real estate markets where their chances of finding the perfect home are much higher. Additionally, people looking for a fresh start are choosing secondary markets as opposed to the often over-populated primary markets for the same reasons. Coastal Moves If youâre looking to stretch your money and get the largest bang for your buck, youâre not going to want to move to the coast, youâll want to move to the middle of the country. Many Americans are making the move from their coastal homes in California, Florida, and New England to places like Ohio, Texas, and Tennessee. Not only are these inland states experiencing a boom in jobs, but the cost of living is significantly lower than some of the nationâs coastal states. These trends are making inland states more attractive than ever. The real estate trends of the past decade have set the real estate stage for 2019. In fact, PwC reports that over the next five years, the nationâs largest cities like Los Angeles, New York, and Chicago are only going to see a .2% growth. On the other hand, secondary markets like Phoenix, Charleston, and Boise will see a growth rate of 1.6%. Why You Need Your Executive Resume Always Ready to Go
Why You Need Your Executive Resume Always Ready to Go When you think about your executive resume what comes to mind? Are you thinking about how highly polished and professional it is? Does your executive resume make you proud because personal value and expertise are strongly positioned in a branded, targeted, and on-trend document? Are you confident the resume can help you stand out against competitors and win you an interview? Or⦠Does the very thought of your resume make you feel uncomfortable and uncertainâ¦because it has been a long time since youâve dusted it off and gave it a good overhaul? Do you feel reluctant to share your resume because it looks outdated and old-fashioned? Perhaps you know that it needs a fair amount of work to position you as the expert that you truly are? If you fall into the latter, watch out. You might be employed and happy, but things can change in a heartbeat. Having worked in this industry for over 15 years Ive witnessed first-hand the reactions of people caught off guard. Unprepared. I get a half dozen to dozen requests for resume help *NOW please!* every month from a range of professionals and top executives. These people canât wait because: A sudden job opened up that they really want. Their company restructured and their position was eliminated. Someone requested a copy of their resume *right away* for an important position. They cant afford to stretch out a job search any longer than possible and want a resume NOW to get things started. Job competition is fierce and a solid resume is needed to be taken seriously as a top candidate.Yet resume demand is often high and proactive professionals are booking weeks out. This means that many people â" who were complacent with their core career tool (the resume) â" are left in a pickle. Every job is temporary. How are you preparing for your next big move?! If you havenât touched or updated your resume in more than 6 months, my recommendation is to revisit it, NOW! Make it part of your career management plan. Donât wait for the other shoe to dropâ¦a layoff noticea dip in the economya company restructuring or merger. Similarly, donât wait for that dream job to present itself and force you to deliver a strategically designed marketing tool that will help you secure a coveted role in a highly competitive market. Yes, donât wait. Your resume should be ready at all times, so if a job loss or job opportunity presents itself, you are prepared. Put a note in your calendar to revisit and refresh your resume at regular intervals. Regardless if you are new to a role, or a top executive with a standing history of success, this step done now could give your career a competitive advantage. How? Ensuring you have the perfect resume ready to go when a golden opportunity arises. Reducing the risk of compiling a weak resume in a rush. Being able to jump into a search, with less stress, if required. If you have never really used a resume or it has been more than a few years since you dusted it off, consider partnering with a professional resume writer to help. They understand modern hiring and resume trends and can employ the right resume tactic for you and your unique career. I work one-on-one with each of my executive clients to identify a persons unique value position and then design a file that strategically aligns top career achievements and skill sets with the needs of a targeted audience (employer). Why take a chance trying to compete against top job contenders using a resume that is not going to work for you, or worse, isnt ready at all?!

5 TraitsTo Embrace To Live Without Regret - Kathy Caprino
5 TraitsTo Embrace To Live Without Regret Today I had a stun. I got notification from a mother of a beautiful young lady I had spoken with on the telephone almost three years prior about profession training. I gained from her mom that this delightful, energetic young lady was no more. She had died in her home in June 2011, only one month after I talked with her. What's more, incredibly, the young lady was from my old neighborhood. I was genuinely shaken by this news. I was so moved by the mother's excellent note to me (she hadn't had any desire to simply withdraw her girl from my bulletin, however needed to clarify, and share the tragic news by and by). I was shaken on the grounds that I have darling youngsters myself who are so valuable to me, and I can just look at the agony a parent feels at losing her dearest kid so youthful. Lastly, I was shaken at the possibility that this young lady's life and my own had converged distinctly for a concise second in time, and I thought about how she would have encountered and recollected our cooperation. I asked she would have thought of it as accommodating and mindful. If not, I would profoundly think twice about it. That made me think. We endeavor so difficult to live great lives, to be glad, to discover our direction, and to make achievement and satisfaction, and offer it with others. However, Ive acknowledged of late that it's simply not excessively confounded. It's straightforward, truth be told. Perhaps living great, with bliss and without lament, is just about showing in physical reality five fundamental qualities that assist us with leaving this world a superior spot than we discovered it. In the event that it were really this basic â" only five basic practices would we as a whole make a superior showing of living without lament, of grasping and offering happiness and love to other people, and feeling vastly improved each snapshot of our reality? I suspect as much. What are these 5 characteristics that are basic to lament free, blissful living? I accept they are: Benevolence Benevolence is the pleasantness of life. It's a delicate hand when we're down, a non-judging, listening ear when we have an issue, and it's an unselfish demonstration that puts the eventual benefits of others first. It's giving without searching for how might this benefit me. I, similar to you maybe, cooperate with several individuals every month, and I try to be thoughtful to every one, except in some cases I come up short. At the point when I'm drained, over-worked, pushed, baffled â" and so on â" my thoughtfulness fades. Honestly, I can frequently get irritable and fomented when outsiders urgently need and request something from me. In any case, I have discovered that I can conquer that disturbance, and I am increasingly effective at that when I'm progressively present in my life. At the point when I can step once again based on what's nearby, take three full breaths and recollect what I'm doing here on this planet, and when I interface with a higher element of myself that isn't so worn out from the commitments before me, my entrance to benevolence opens. At that point, I'm capable recalibrate and re-stimulate, and discover my heart once more. It's not hard â" it just takes duty and practice. Consideration recuperates distress, ties broken connections, and retouches spirits (our own and others'). So why at that point would we say we are so unpleasant? What removes you for your benevolence and what causes you reestablish it? Would you be able to make a propensity for reviving your consideration every day? Mindful To me, thinking is about setting aside the effort to give a hand to somebody, to show that their issues and issues are significant, and their perspective issues. Caring implies that you approve the person before you, and show that you comprehend who they are at their center, and love and regard that quintessence. Something contrary to caring is the snarky manipulating, tattling, disdainful conduct we see around us consistently â" on the web and face to face. Making somebody wrong and making a decision about them pitilessly is a sign of it. This absence of caring uncovers that you've overlooked one center truth â" that everybody is inseparably associated, and every individual is an aspect of you. So in case you're derisive to someone else, you're contemptuous to yourself. It is safe to say that you are as thinking about everyone around you as you'd prefer to be? It is safe to say that you are minding to yourself in equivalent measure (that is the place most ladies tumble down.) What keeps you away from showing more consideration and worry for yourself and for other people? Sympathy Of these qualities, I accept sympathy is the most impressive to mend the world. Sympathy speaks to the sentiment of compassion for other people, the feeling we feel because of the anguish or encounters of others that moves in us a longing to help. In my work as an advisor and mentor, I've seen that the individuals who were raised without sympathy, without compassion â" by guardians who were narcissistic, unfeeling, mutilated, and incapable to feel empathy â" are the individuals who endure the severest types of agony, seclusion, and languishing. Is your sympathy for other people and the world by one way or another being choked by your present battles and your mentality? Would you be able to locate another approach to develop your sympathy for yourself, and for other people? Accommodation In working with ladies to move away from vocations they disdain, there is definitely a feeling of importance, reason and accommodation that is missing and that they long for. As Maria Nemeth partook in her ground-breaking book The Energy of Money, we are on the whole most joyful when we're showing in physical reality what we know to be valid about ourselves, when we're offering structure to our Life Intentions in manners that help other people. I know an excessive number of individuals who concentrate just of what they have before them â" either their battles and conflict or, on the other side, their riches, accomplishments and external things (toys, vehicles, houses, ledgers) they are accumulating with no respect of how they can be of help on the planet. At long last, in the event that you center just around yourself and your minuscule effective reach, you'll be squandering your gifts and your capacities, and losing a valuable chance to have a genuine effect on the planet. The outcome will be that, toward an amazing finish, you will encounter profound pity, lament and regret that you burned through your valuable time, vitality and your life paying special mind to just yourself. Who would you be able to support today? Honesty At long last, I've seen that individuals experience profound agony and experiencing the falsehoods they've advised â" to themselves and to other people. Lying mirrors a profound situated dread that we are insufficient â" not solid, shrewd, gallant, great or ground-breaking enough â" to manage the genuine outcomes of our actual activities and convictions, so we lie. In any case, lying harms. At the point when you lie to yourself, you deny yourself of the opportunity to assess precisely and completely how best to push ahead. Also, deceiving others restricts their capacity to settle on the correct decisions and choices for themselves. The reality: lying prevents you and others from developing, living and adoring life without limit. The other side â" honesty â" does in fact set you free. Honesty permits you to be free with and tolerating of yourself, and leaves others alone themselves, and act with genuineness, validness and straightforwardness too. Where are you being bogus, and what truth would you be able to share today that will make a huge difference for you? * These five characteristics can be seen as understandings you make with yourself. On the off chance that you focus on being to being increasingly kind, mindful, merciful, accommodating and honest every day, I ensure, without reservation, that your background will improve drastically, and second thoughts will blur. The Millennial Millionaire on how to be a Millennial leader
The Millennial Millionaire on the best way to be a Millennial pioneer The Millennial Millionaire on the best way to be a Millennial pioneer Enterprise is the foundation of the American economy. It is a chance to take recently discovered thoughts and make them a regular truth of things to come. To be a fruitful business visionary, one must realize how to lead. The initial step to turning into a pioneer is to step out of your usual range of familiarity. Business people ought to endeavor to take on at any rate one awkward assignment every day. The greater choices are known as Wussy Junction. This is the renowned junction at which you choose to cause the huge call, to shout out at the yearly gathering, or approach the hot chick toward the finish of the bar. That choice to take care of business or remain on the seat directs the way of life. On the off chance that you think about where you are and who encompasses you, everything comes from a progression of outcomes over which you initially had no control. The decisions you make considering them are what direct your life. Such guidance presumably sounds threatening to somebody new to being the proprietor of a business or face of an association. You may harbor sentiments of I'm not prepared at this point, and I'm putting on a front to hold down this position. That's typical, we as a whole need to begin some place. The way to benefit isn't telling individuals when that beginning stage really is. There's a popular scene in Boiler Room in which Ben Affleck tells his new kid on the block stock dealers that they should Go about As If. Herminia Ibarra caught this consummately in her Harvard Business Review article, The Authenticity Paradox. When we are pushed into another position we frequently feel like impostors conflicting with our characteristic tendencies. This reason compels us back to what's agreeable and impairs us from motivating supporters. To learn we should receive unnatural and shallow practices. Being a chameleon to the circumstance can purchase time until our aptitudes have created to coordinate the new job. So don't be hesitant to take on more than you could possibly deal with, and if your account extends somewhat farther than what your identity is, don't feel like a misrepresentation yet rather a precursor. I prescribe for youthful business people to contemplate John Maxwell's Five Levels of Leadership. The primary authority position is exactly that, one of Position. This is the supervisor; they are there just on the grounds that somebody put them there. A poor director is the supervisor who never sets a model and neglects to associate with his group, rather, he sits on his pretend seat to state I am the chief! As the familiar adage goes, On the off chance that you think you are driving yet look behind and see nobody following, you're simply going for a stroll. At the point when you need assistance in your association, look for ability, not a title. Maxwell's second step in initiative is Authorization. This is the moment that you hold a title as a director, however, have supporters. Strong connections are based on this level, and now individuals are tailing you since they need to. You are a skipper in name, yet additionally in the brains of workers. The third bar of administration is Creation. This is the point at which the elastic meets the street. Presently you have the title, however your representatives need to tail you, and they admire your outcomes. The truth will eventually come out, there is not a viable alternative for execution. Creation is the component that causes your group to go from a gathering of companions to a triumphant unit. The fourth degree of initiative is Individuals Development. Pioneers who achieve this level are the best of the best. Changing from Level Three to Level Four might be the hardest, on the grounds that it requires a head maker who's at long last arrived at the apex to then just relinquish a portion of that creation in return for training. Organizations or makers' final products decay during this change as their endeavors are rerouted, yet whenever done effectively the future increments can be exponential. Your workers are effective gear-teeth in the machine, however they are fans for your motivation. In building an association, select inspired individuals, don't persuade enrolled individuals. The Level Four Leader pulls in this kind of ability. Maxwell's last degree of initiative is Apex. Arriving at this status is held for the tip top. This is another stage that really powers a pioneer out of their customary range of familiarity, as it requires a surrendering of long lasting control to your recently created skippers. Now, you've basically become a perfect that individuals endeavor to impersonate. Thriving entrepreneurs will gloat that they, couldn't explode their business in the event that they needed to. That is the Pinnacle Level. Having a devoted group with a chief driving the way is just fine, yet the establishment of beneficial business enterprise must be a thought. Ever think about the paper cut? Shouldn't something be said about the staple? Or then again even better, the Post-It? Obviously, we as a whole could have concocted that, how did we not think about that sooner!? Revelation is tied in with seeing what others see, however figuring what others don't. There were crowds of individuals spilling papers over each work area in America until Samuel B. Fay utilized a clasp to append paper to texture and looked for a patent in 1867. Exercise alert however, the most well known defect for business visionaries is entrepreneuritis, a mentality to attempt to do everything. It's conceivable to be overpowered by circumstances equivalent to starve from close to nothing. Business everything being equal, from the limited law office to Google, are on the whole looking for that ideal thought. Thinking of the thought is just the initial step. Attempting to consummate the item so it suits society perfectly is the thing that makes a victor. The procedure of accomplishment must not be imitated, however it must be copied. As it were, make an item or administration that is novel to you, with frameworks set up to do so reliably. The main thing more terrible than inside and out disappointment is making that progress you've ached for, yet without a total comprehension of how it was finished. Be strong and assault whatever your enterprising dreams might be. Disappointment is the speediest method to progress, so bomb quick and proceed onward. Michael Jordan missed in excess of 9,000 shots in his profession; lost just about 300 games; and multiple times missed the match dominating shot. The best ever will be the first to disclose to you that rehashed disappointments are the way to progress. Bryan M. Job Search Black Hole Why I Dont Reply To You
Job Search Black Hole Why I Dont Reply To You (Read this letter as if I was that hiring manager that isnt returning your calls and emails) Did you see the post last week about why I delete your emails? Now Ill tell you why you think I dont ever read or reply to your emails but first, you think I dont read or reply because: Im too good for you, Im too busy with more important things, Im a jerk. Thats what Ive thought before. Ive felt brushed off, or less than the person Ive sent the email to. How could someone be so incosiderate and rude? How hard is it to reply to an email?? Seriously. Jerks. Right? Ive thought that. Ive felt that. And now I think Im the jerk. Because I have over 2,200 emails in my JibberJobber email (inbox) that I havent replied to. And I have about 12,000 emails in my gmail inbox that are just sitting there, waiting for me. Why dont I respond to them? Here is some insight that might be helpful: I am, and I get, overwhelmed! With everything. With life, calls, other emails, deadlines, projects, etc. I dont ignore you because Im a jerk. Your email just falls through the cracks because Im not good at time management, and managing the inbox. Its as simple as that. WHAT THAT MEANS IS SOMETHING AMAZING: Dont give up on me. Sometimes, I all I need is a gentle nudge, or another email reminding me of the first one. Be persistent without being annoying. Remind me, because your email might be sitting on Page 3 of my inbox, and Im not going to see it since I never get to Page 3. If you take it personal, and get offended, Im sorry. but sometimes all I need is for you to remain top-of-mind do that with a simple reminder. Cool? Key Things to Know When Writing a Civil Engineering Resume
Key Things to Know When Writing a Civil Engineering ResumeKey things when writing a civil engineering resume include: focusing on what you are good at, and matching your skills to the job description. If you don't know what you are good at, it's likely that you will over-look areas where you can do an even better job. People are attracted to people who can adapt to situations, and that means that you should try to be as broad in your talents as possible. It is common for civil engineers to be good at everything from the big picture to the smallest details. Since so many people come to work each day, this doesn't always work in your favor. You can spend hours going over every single detail of a project, only to forget one or two details that will make you stand out. In order to avoid this, focus on areas where you excel and tailor your resume to highlight these areas. Many times a person comes to a new job with no specific skills that make them stand out. In order to get a foot in the d oor, they will usually interview for the job and simply make themselves stand out. People are attracted to people who are knowledgeable and interesting, but they aren't very good at that. Focus on those areas where you excel and you'll get noticed.Another key thing when writing a civil engineering resume is to think about the company you are applying to hire for. 7 Real Reasons to Be More Intimate
7 Real Reasons to Be More Intimate So we all know the obvious reasons for turning up the frequency on our passion-filled trysts. But if you find that your partner is more the analytical than physical type, maybe a little scientific prodding will light the fire. If you want to have more sex but they want to play another game of Candy Crush or Mortal Kombat, it might be time to break out the facts. According to Dr. Nicholas Sieveking a double board certified plastic surgeon and anti-aging/functional medicine specialist, the more sex we have the better we look and longer we may live. He suggests we should reduce the hours primping in the bathroom and focus on whatâs going on in the bedroom. Here are his 7 reasons to have more sex. Along with a little raised-eyebrow commentary by MsCareerGirl. Erase wrinkles The Doctor Says: There is a biochemical basis for a look of relaxation and vibrant, glowing skin. According to Dr. Sieveking, âa healthy sex life normalizes cortisol levels and other inflammatory mediators such as cytokines and interleukins. This relaxes us and helps stimulate normal growth hormone levels and other sex hormones such as testosterone. Itâs scientific truth that growth hormone and testosterone help repair damaged skin, erase wrinkles, stimulate collagen regeneration, and give you an overall younger and healthier appearance.â MsCareerGirl Says: This is very good news. I know Ive seen some interesting facial contortions in the midst of a passionate encounter. Might have made a few myself, come to think of it (wink!). Fortunately, the sex actually helps to put things back in place afterwards. Sharpen your memory The Doctor Says: Sure you can play sodoku, do crossword puzzles and add memory boosting foods to your diet such as leafy greens, vegetables, nuts, fish rich in omega 3âs and legumes. These are all important. However, Dr. Sieveking adds, âwhen you have more sex your sleep quality enhances thus allowing time for cellular turnover and repair. Studies show, particularly in women, as growth hormone and testosterone levels increase and become balanced; memory improves. MsCareerGirl Says: This could be good or bad. Some of those nights Id just as soon forget. Ala Jim Carrey in Liar Liar Ive Had Better. Ward off life threatening diseases The Doctor Says: Maintaining adequate levels and hormonal balance reduces the risk of cancer, diabetes, heart disease, dementia, and stroke. It also helps to maintain muscle and bone strength. Studies show that sexually active people have health benefits that carry them into their later years,â offers Dr. Sieveking. MsCareerGirl Says: Yes. Im thinking the muscle and bone(r) strength are biggies. So the rest must be good things. Reduce stress The Doctor Says: Often referred to as the âcuddle hormone,â the stress and anxiety feel good hormone oxytocin floods the brain when we have sex. âThis is what gives us that sleepy, relaxed, feeling after orgasm. Another hormone prolactin kicks in during orgasm and adds to that desire to breathe deeply and fall into a peaceful slumber,â explains Dr. Sieveking. MsCareerGirl Says: Natures version of opioids. So that explains why I sleep so well afterwards! Reduce pain The Doctor Says: According to Dr. Sieveking, the common expression: ânot tonight I have a headache,â needs to change to âI have a headache, so letâs have sex!â Oxytocin also alleviates pain. Itâs one of the hormones naturally released during labor. MsCareerGirl Says: Okay, I get this is true, from personal experience. But I cant keep two sessions of sex in a bottle in my purse. Curb your appetite The Doctor Says: Another great natural hormone that is produced during sex is phenetylamine. Dr. Sieveking explains that this hormone serves as a natural amphetamine that eases food cravings and regulates appetite. If you have sex in the morning or before dinner, you may feel like eating less and find yourself satisfied with a smaller food portion. MsCareerGirl Says: MsCareerGirl is going to keep quiet here. Very, very quiet. (Blush) Boost immunity The Doctor Says: Immunoglobin A, our own immune-system-boosting antibody is enhanced during sex. Another powerful chemical DHEA is released during orgasm. This âsuperhero chemicalâ balances the immune system and helps to repair tissue. MsCareerGirl Says: Great news, indeed! After a rough-and-tumble, theres sometimes a bit of tissue that definitely needs repair. More Sex ? Yes!! So the next time your partner balks at having sex, you can make your case. Have sex like your life depends on it. It actually does! Cuddling Image: Sophia Louise
